In the context of the »Aid to Russia«, the truck-trailer combination achieved a certain popularity by hauling all kinds of cargo over the dusty Iranian highways, a real challenge for both trucks and drivers.
These vehicles became finally obsolete when the Trans-Iranian convoys ceased in late 1944.
It can be assumed that they were forwarded to the Russians and thus contributed to the total balance of approx. 1,900 truck tractors delivered to the Soviet Union during the war.
